Valentines Day was on Sunday so we did not celebrate much but Chris made me my favorite breakfast, Cinnamon raisin pancakes with sausage and he surprised me with some Pink Palmer PJ'S!

The night before was the big celebration. I dressed the boys up in RED, they looked so cute and I insisted Chris and I wear it too...cheesy I know! We got the boys little gifts...Porter got some little moccasins and Trey got Po and Tylong from Kung Fu Panda since that is one of his favorite movies. He loved them and played with them all night long. We did not forget about Jax, he got to help clean up after dinner and was very satisfied! I made Chris a yummy dinner and we made strawberry daiquiris virgin style of course! I gave him his big surprise after dinner....I got him an edible arrangement, which by the way was so mouth watering good and Chris hates chocolate so I did it with white and it was so awfully delicious. The poem attached said...
I love you ”berry” much.
You’re one “peach” of a guy.
You are absolutely “grape”.
You’re the “pineapple” of my eye.
You’re one in a “melon”.
In the “lime”light you should be.
I am “nuts” about you.
Oh “Honeydew” you love me?
You and I are quite a “pear”.
I’ve gone “bananas” over you.
You’re “plum” perfect in every way.
“Orange” you glad our love is true?
You’re one “peach” of a guy.

You’re the “pineapple” of my eye.

Chris finishes his finals up on Wednesday so on Thursday I through him a little graduation party. I got him a big cookie that said, "congratulations on surviving 1st Tri." They spelt Tri.....T-R-Y and it was too late to change it but oh well. Everyone gets a gift for enduring the Tri. We have a theme for each Trimester and this one was, "There will be sunshine." We chose this because I was always wanting summer to come and our saying was.."there is sunshine at the end of the tunnel!" Meaning we can get through this. This Tri was crazy, we moved in, had a baby, and transition into Chris being gone all the time. It was rough but we got through it together and YES the sun did shine and we made it! I got a yellow sweater hence the sunshine and I am really into yellow this year. Chris got wife-beaters for so called "beating me up" by being gone so much. Trey and Porter got monkey pj's for being little monkey's while daddy was at school and oh yes I finally found some snow boots for Treyson! Anyways it was a fun day and we are sure proud of our Daddy!

The lovely yellow sweater

The wonderful "wife beaters"
So tough!

Chris also just got back from Ft. Lauderdale FL. He went there for his first Rugby tournament. They did well and made it to the semi finals but then lost against LIFE. He is enjoying playing and its so fun he gets to travel even though I can't go with him most of the time. While he was there he got to attend a couple of banquets where the Palmer Alumni spoke to them about Chiropractic. He said it was really awesome. Every year the Alumni get together to get there credits for the year. I guess you have to receive so many continuing education credits for so many years after you are a registered doctor of Chiropractic. It's really neat and its awesome that we now have friends all over the world that our Chiropractors ready to help us out when we need it. I am so glad we have our foot in the door so when we are done we have people by our side that know what they are doing. I am so grateful for the Rugby program and that my husband is doing something he loves. He has a great scholarship which is such a blessing. He loves the game so much and how awesome it is that he gets to play and get paid for it!!

Well that's all for now, goodbye February, hello spring time!!
