First, between all of the Price craziness there are a few tidbits that I had forgotten about! We were invited to a Palmer dinner in Provo, the food was fabulous and the people were awesome of course. We met current students, teachers, and people that had gradated Palmer and now had their own practices. I even saw my old high school friend there Shari, which was shocking. She was a little younger than me but my brother and her brother were best friends. It was so awesome to see her and to know that she is going to Palmer too!

We were the most impressed with the teacher. He is a rough and touch teacher but the way he teaches is awesome and Chris said he liked his style! He had a southern accent and was absolutely hilarious.

Trey did pretty good, but towards the end he was getting restless and tired. He was making everyone laugh at the dinner with his cheesy grin and loud giggle...yep, that's our Treyson!

Second, Jax finally turned the big 2! He is seriously the best pooch on the planet. I remember when we first brought Trey home from the hospital Jax was so great! We were up the entire night and Jax stayed up with us, he was right by our side the whole time. His favorite spot is right under Trey's high chair just in case Trey decides to drop food. He thinks he is a lap dog and is the best foot warmer. Sometimes Trey will just sit there and poke him the eye for a while and he just lays there. Trey thinks its funny to chase him with his toys, Jax gets a little freaked out but handles it pretty good. It is the cutest thing when Jax lays his chin on your lap when he is begging or wants something and when he knows your leaving so he goes and sits by the door! He is a great running dog and never gives Chris any problems even if there is other dogs around. He is extremely smart, too smart sometimes for his own good! We sure do love him though and are so glad he is apart of our little family.

Finally, Chris had to get a stupid root canal! Last summer the filling he got on his very back molar on his mission fell off and we knew we should have gotten it fixed right away but he said that filling has fell off so many times that he was sick of doing it. A couple of months ago that tooth started hurting him so bad, thank goodness for our magnetics or he would not of been able to endure the pain. We now knew for sure that we made a mistake of waiting because now it was going to cost us an arm and a leg! We have health insurance but it does not cover dental. Anyways he went to his family dentist and he gave us a good deal even though it still cost us 1,700 dollars!! Why does the dumb dentist have to cost so much, granted we did not have insurance but still? I guess I am just bitter about writing the dentist that big of a check. I know I need to be grateful that we finally got it fixed and that the condition of his tooth was not worse....I am, I will get over the money in a couple of days. Chris is actually getting a gold molar because the dentist said the reason why it broke off so much is his lifestyle with rugby and weight lifting. He told us the gold one would never break and we would never have to go through this again. We were all for it even though my husband will have a little "thug" in him now, ha ha!
